Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized Employee Engagement Associate (EEA) to monitor and facilitate the whole process of employee engagement. The EEA will be responsible for ensuring all employees are engaged with company activities, events, and engagement programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Brand management team to plan, organize, and execute events under programs such as, but not limited to, CO Cares, CO Stars, and CO League Clubs

  • Coordinate with the Brand Management Line Manager for the creation of program/activity flow, and simple promotional graphics

  • Track employee engagement/participation using a system

  • Negotiate and contract with vendors and suppliers for goods and services, including catering, audio-visual equipment, and decor

  • Assist Brand Management Line Manager in coordinating event sponsors, speakers, and attendees to ensure a smooth event experience

  • Help manage event registration and ticketing processes

  • Collaborate with the Brand Management team to promote events and ensure consistent branding from start to finish, ensuring they are successful and within budget

  • Provide on-site event management, including overseeing vendor setup and teardown, managing event flow, and troubleshooting issues as they arise

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements for events

  • Collect and analyze event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement

  • Manage and maintain relationships with event partners and stakeholders

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Brand Management Line Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field

  • Experience in event planning and coordination

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
