Position Title: Accounts Officer
Work Set Up: On-site
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with experience in MYOB or Xero, and a solid background in accounts receivable/payable. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and preferably has experience working with Australian clients.
What You’ll Do:
Updating of 12 x MYOB files using MYOB AccountRight Standard, including assisting with daily bank reconciliations
Assist with management of Accounts Payable
Assist with management of Accounts Receivable
Processing of new client payments and client refunds
Entering commissions received and other data into Salesforce
Electronic Accounts filing (payables & receivables)
Assist with End of Month reporting and reconciliations
Create new MYOB accounts as required
Assist with payment of invoices on behalf of clients
Contacting Australian clients to help facilitate payment of overdue invoices in a courteous and professional manner
Ad hoc Accounts & Administration tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (in particular Microsoft Excel)
Hands on Experience in MYOB and/or Xero accounting software
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2+ years of experience on AR/AP
Preferably with Australian Accounting Experience
High attention to detail and organization
Good in written and verbal communication skills
Strong independent research ability
