Position Title: Inbound Representative

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We’re seeking an Inbound Representative to assist customers via chat, phone, and email, handle inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers via our chat system, inbound calls, or email (using both templates and freestyle responses)

• Handle multiple chats simultaneously while providing timely responses to customers

• Qualify customers through chat and phone inquiries conducting fact-finding, understanding customer requirements, addressing product queries, and offering support

• Convert customer inquiries into sales leads and hand them over to the sales team

• Direct email or call queries to the relevant parties via email or phone

• Read from scripts and adhere to protocols to enhance the customer experience

• Handle customer escalations effectively and professionally

• Communicate clearly and effectively with end users while consistently delivering excellent customer service

• Meet and exceed business goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional customer service and soft skills when communicating with customers

• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively

• Strong multitasking abilities, along with excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in using CRM software, phone systems, and other sales productivity tools

• Capability to work independently and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

• Strong listening skills

• Excellent attention to detail and quality

• Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for driving business growth
