Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Recruiter (Healthcare) with experience in recruitment to expand our client base and drive business growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and converting leads into clients by offering tailored recruitment solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
Conduct detailed needs assessments with clients to understand their recruitment needs and offer customized staffing solutions
Qualify leads, conduct client needs analysis, and offer tailored recruitment solutions to meet business objectives
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placement and client satisfaction
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
Manage and track all sales activities, client communications, and progress in CRM software
Follow up with leads and prospects, handling objections and negotiating terms to close deals
Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and communicate the value proposition of our recruitment services
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and sales strategies that align with client needs
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment industry
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to offer tailored solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and closing skills
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales cycles simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
