Position Title: Admin Safety Custodian

Reports To: Facilities Manager / Assistant Facilities Manager

Primary Relationships: Internal Staff & Partner Staff

Date: October 2024

Schedule: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM PHT (Flexible Schedule)


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and security of Clark Outsourcing personnel, clients, and property by inspecting incoming and outgoing personnel and belongings to prevent unauthorized materials from entering or leaving the premises

  • Monitor the premises using the CCTV system and conduct roving inspections to preempt security incidents

  • Inspect assets entering and exiting the building, ensuring they are accompanied by valid gate passes

  • Record and report all security-related activities and incidents in the Clark Outsourcing logbook

  • Maintain alertness and readiness to respond to security incidents

  • Perform regular patrols and inspections of property, equipment, and access points

  • Collaborate with the Maintenance and Housekeeping Department to ensure the proper operation of security equipment and assist during maintenance emergencies

  • Respond to alarms and emergencies, report irregularities, and control designated parking areas

  • Complete daily reports, including visitor observations and surveillance activities

  • Monitor surveillance cameras and coordinate with the IT department for surveillance reviews

  • Assist employees and managers during emergencies and liaise regarding suspicious activities

  • Support visitors by enforcing regulations and receiving deliveries while informing the procurement department

  • Carry out other tasks as instructed by the Facilities Manager, Assistant Facilities Manager, or Asset Protection Manager


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or custodial services is a plus

  • Previous experience in custodial work or security preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Calm and effective handling of emergency situations

  • Physical stamina for cleaning and security duties, including lifting and standing for long periods

  • May require working evenings, weekends, or holidays
