Responsibilities:


  • Develop and nurture remote relationships with healthcare professionals: Use phone, email, video conferencing, and other digital platforms to connect with doctors, sleep specialists, and medical facilities, promoting CPAP services

  • Generate patient referrals: Encourage physicians to refer patients needing CPAP therapy, offering guidance on the referral process and benefits to the patient

  • Provide education to healthcare providers: Remotely educate doctors and their staff on the advantages of CPAP therapy, ensuring they are well-informed about how to refer patients

  • Achieve referral targets: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly goals for referrals by utilizing digital outreach strategies and consistently following up on leads

  • Track and report referral activity: Use CRM tools to manage physician contacts, track referral progress, and document follow-ups and outcomes

  • Coordinate virtual events and webinars: Organize and participate in virtual industry events, webinars, or online conferences to engage with potential referral sources

  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work with Intake Specialists, Care Specialists and management teams remotely to ensure smooth transitions for referred patients, from initial contact through service delivery


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry, with a focus on remote/outsourced work

  • Knowledge of CPAP therapy and/or sleep-related medical devices is advantageous but not required

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage remotely with healthcare providers

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and comfort with remote communication tools (e.g., Gmeet, Slack)

  • Self-motivated and independent, capable of managing time and sales targets effectively in a diverse environment

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales tracking systems
