Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT


Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation (Video and Static Imagery):
    • Create visually appealing static assets using Canva or similar tool for social media posts

    • Develop short video content from existing video assets for social media platforms


  • Community Management:
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms

    • Engage with our audience by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content

    • Repost user-generated content when appropriate


  • Platform Management:
    • Oversee and manage our presence on Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and our email newsletter


  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze social media metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies

    • Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements

    • Boost social media posts as needed

  • BONUS:
    • SEO Keyword and competitor account analysis to create ideas for topics to discuss

    • Email: Upload and send pre-written content into mailchimp and send to our database


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on organic growth and social media management

  • Expertise in Instagram, TikTok (or similar platforms), and YouTube strategy and growth

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media performance metrics

  • Preferably skilled in design and video editing tools

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Proficiency in content management and scheduling tools
