Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage in end-to-end recruiting activities, including finding potential candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing applicants, hiring and onboarding new hires. The goal for the person in this role is to procure and hire qualified candidates who will become exceptional new employees for the company.



Responsibilities:

  • Find Potential Candidates: Use social media, various job boards, and other tactics to identify qualified potential candidates who can fill open positions

  • Screen and Interview: Engage with potential candidates and applicants via phone calls, texts and emails to introduce our company and positions to establish interest and fit

  • Hire and Onboard: Follow our hiring and onboarding processes to ensure good employees show up for orientation and take open positions within our company

  • Engagement and Relationship Building: Engage with various stakeholders who can help identify qualified candidates, and build and maintain relationships with candidates and other stakeholders to nurture them through the recruiting funnel

  • Systems Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our various software platforms, including our applicant tracking system (ATS), text and email campaign applications, onboarding portal, customer relationship management (CRM) system, etc

  • Other: There will be other projects assigned based on business needs, examples include business development, marketing and other administrative tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Previous experience in service sales or recruiting with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding target metrics

  • Previous experience with posting, advertising, and engaging prospects and leads on various social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to analyze various situations and be comfortable and confident applying previous experience, training and common sense, especially when others are not available to provide step-by-step instructions

  • Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required
