Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager for our Customer Service team. This role is crucial in nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our distributor partners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a deep understanding of our product range, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with our distributor partners to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with our distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

  • Proactively engage with our distributors to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives

  • Identify and act on cues for account growth by providing value-adding solutions that align with the distributors business model

  • Develop strategies to enhance the overall distributors experience and maximize the potential of each account

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our diverse range of products and services, and be able to translate this knowledge by providing detailed product information and resources to effectively meet the needs of our distributors and support their decision-making processes

  • Be a sounding board & support our distributors, when they are faced with a challenging situation with their client

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded

  • Handle our distributors inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

  • Prepare and deliver reports and insights to our distributors and internal teams, providing valuable information to drive decision-making and strategy

  • Utilize Salesforce to track account activities, maintain accurate records, and monitor progress


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Account Manager, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Proven track record in managing and growing accounts with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships

  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

  • Experience engaging with customers through various communication methods, including face-to-face meetings, phone, email, and virtual meetings

  • Confident in planning and executing presentations to distributors

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with strong listening abilities and the capacity to convey key information

  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
