Schedule: 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM PHT


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate efficiently via email and phone with advisors, clients, vendors, and partners

  • Manage inbound phone calls and appropriately redirect them within the company.

  • Accurately enter data, prepare, and update documents as needed

  • Independently manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects as per specified deadlines


Qualifications:

  • Candidates with experience working in the Finance industry is preferred. Experience in a leadership role is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a BPO setting as a virtual assistant role

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in the BPO industry

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English language is paramount

  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills

  • Possess strong administrative and organizational capabilities to handle diverse projects and tasks while meeting deadlines

  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail with minimal errors

  • Display resourcefulness in problem-solving and adherence to established processes and procedures

  • Proactively seek clarification and confirmation through effective questioning

  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word), CRM tools, and adaptable to learning new software efficiently
