Architectural Designer

Position Title: Architectural Designer

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Date: September 2024

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT


Responsibilities:

• Assist senior architects with design development and project coordination

• Prepare architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using Revit and AutoCAD

• Ensure designs comply with Florida building codes and industry regulations

• Contribute to the development of construction documents for residential and commercial projects

• Collaborate with team members to create environmentally responsible design solutions
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with experience in wood/lumber construction

• Knowledge of Florida building codes and experience in designing single-family, multifamily, and mixed-use commercial projects is preferred but not required

• Strong communication and design skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively
