Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Zoho Specialist to support the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Zoho applications for the APPA Digital Transformation project. The successful candidate will work closely with the internal project team, third-party developers, and the client to ensure all Zoho-related deliverables are designed and executed effectively.
What You'll Do:
Zoho CRM:
Design and configure Zoho CRM modules, fields, and relationships to support member lifecycle tracking
Implement automation workflows (e.g., onboarding, renewals, lapsed members)
Create views, reports, dashboards, and tagging logic for segmented outreach
Manage sandbox testing and CRM data migration (cleansing, deduplication, import)
Zoho Campaigns:
Set up and authenticate email domains and sender profiles
Rebuild mailing lists with appropriate segmentation from CRM
Create email templates and configure automated sequences (welcome series, reminders)
Build engagement analytics dashboards and ensure CRM sync is seamless
Zoho Survey & Checkout:
Deploy Zoho Survey forms for member feedback and event evaluations
Configure Zoho Checkout for payments (membership renewals, event registrations)
Integrate payment data into CRM and ensure proper transaction logging
Documentation & Training:
Assist in creating workflow diagrams, entity relationship models, SOPs, and training manuals
Support live training sessions and troubleshoot user queries during onboarding
Website Integration Support:
Provide technical specifications and API-level documentation to website developers
Enable CRM-connected forms and embedded tools (Promodata, Flipsnack)
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience with multiple Zoho applications (CRM, Campaigns, Checkout, Survey)
Strong understanding of CRM database structures and automation workflows
Experience in data migration and cleaning from legacy systems
Ability to design and interpret ERDs and workflow diagrams
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines
Prior experience working on digital transformation or non-profit tech modernization projects
Familiarity with tools integrated with Zoho like Stripe/eWay, Flipsnack, and Promodata
- Experience with project management platforms (Notion, Airtable, or Google Workspace)
