Position Title: Sales Representative

Quick Rundown:

Responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This role involves prospecting new clients, understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and closing deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to enhance the sales process

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM software


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships

  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
