Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a Training and Development Associate who will support the T&D Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor, ensure employee satisfaction and morale, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records for all employees.
What Youll Do:
- Overall Responsibilities
Assist the Training and Development Line Manager with assigned tasks and responsibilities
Participate, and collaborate with your own team on employee engagement programs, and special projects assigned by the People Management Manager
Updating People Management Airtable related to your main responsibility daily
Complete tasks delegated/assigned by the TnD Supervisor and People Management Manager
Ensures that new hires are welcomed, oriented, and integrated smoothly into the organization.
Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to provide comprehensive support and facilitate orientation programs.
Responsible for designing, conducting, and facilitating comprehensive in-house training programs.
Ensures the smooth scheduling and administration of training sessions, issuance of training certificates, and continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.
Sourcing, maintaining, and managing training materials and courses, tracking employee training progress, and overseeing the enrollment process for in-house training programs.
- Specific Functions and Reporting
Assist Training and Development Line Manager with regards to new employee orientation and New Employee Onboarding process
Scheduling, Invitation, and Endorsement of New Hires, tracking their onboarding progress and ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the organization through Airtable, Google Sheets, and Slack.
Presiding meetings, training sessions, touchbase, and facilitating New Hire Orientation and handling all related logistics such as setting up of venue, materials, and emails.
Compile comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, summarizing scores and feedback from training sessions and the new hire orientation.
Responsible for sourcing training materials and courses, regularly reviewing, adding, removing, or updating the Training and Development course bank to ensure all materials are current and relevant.
Manage the enrollment process for in-house training programs, including those offered through LinkedIn, E-Learning College, and Moodle, and assist employees in navigating these platforms and enrolling in courses.
Assists in creating and filing necessary TnD documents
Liaise with other departments for TnD other concerns
What Were Looking For:
At least College Graduate of BS Mass Communication or any related courses
With 1 to 2 years of experience in assisting with trainings or facilitating trainings
Basic English language skills (written and verbal)
Proactive and willing to be trained
Good time management and task management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Proficiency in computer and technical skills
Able to demonstrate initiative
