Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

As a People Management Manager, you must operate in several different capacities. You will manage, lead, and direct the routine functions and processes of the People Management department, including benefits, compensation, employee relations, health and safety, compliance, brand management, administration support, and training and development. The People Management Manager also enforces company policies and practices while overseeing performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze Business Processes
    • Analyze existing business processes using gap analysis or PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act)

    • Propose, plan, implement, execute, and train on processes

    • Focuses on Data analytics related to people management processes and taking action on noted analysis

    • Acts as the consultant for any HR related issues by the organization

  • Develop Strategies
    • Act as an internal consultant, developing short and long-term strategies for the organization and incorporating agile, and other HR best practices

    • Analyze activities making process improvements and innovation

  • Lead Activities
    • Coordinate and lead key projects for improvement across the People Management Department

    • Directly collaborate with other department heads/managers and your line manager to discover the most effective means for progress

  • Monitor Progress
    • Monitoring progress in order to check if changes yield desirable results

    • Monitoring of all SLAs/OKRs and other deliverables per department within People Management



What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or a related field

  • A Masters degree or MBA in HR is a plus or similar certifications (CHRP)

  • Experience and knowledge in the BPO field is preferred

  • Leadership and Team Management: In a Managerial position for at least 3 years

  • Strategic Planner: Aligns initiatives with Business goals

  • Performance Management: Able to demonstrate Initiative

  • Employee relations and Conflict resolution skills: Willing to adopt a fast-paced working environment

  • Time Management: Good time management and multitasking skills

  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Interacts and connects with employees and executives effectively. - Good communicator

  • With knowledge on PH laws (compliance)

  • Data driven, Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product

  • Good organizational and prioritization skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Willing to work a flex schedule

  • Weekends and night shift if needed
