Position Title: Software Engineer I (Salesforce)

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Software Engineer I will be responsible for working across a variety of technologies and helping to develop enhancements as needed from visualization to back-end stored procedures. This includes integration of a wide range of applications via APIs (Application Programming Interface) or other integrating tools as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement technical solutions for business challenges

• Write, configure, and test code based on project requirements

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, conducting root cause analysis

• Collaborate with product teams to align technology solutions with business needs

• Follow Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), refining user stories and acceptance criteria

• Support quality assurance by reviewing test plans and validating software functionality

• Stay updated on technology trends and best practices

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in core technologies and at least three core applications:

  • NET Core, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Azure, Azure Synapse, REST APIs

  • RPA (UI Path preferred)

  • BPA (MS PowerApps preferred)

  • Cloud data warehousing and analytics (Azure / Synapse preferred)

  • CRM (SF.com preferred)

• PLM (Centric preferred)

• HRMS (UltiPro or Oracle preferred)

• DTC (Google Analytics, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)

• CLM (DocuSign preferred)

• EDI (Cleo or Oracle Fusion preferred)

• Reporting (PowerBI, SalesForce, Oracle Fusion preferred)
  
  

Salesforce-Specific Skills:

• Experience with the Lightning platform, including APEX coding, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Flows and Flow Builder, Platform Events, and Salesforce Data Model

• Experience integrating Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems using APIs, UI frameworks, and event-based integration patterns

• Understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture and product suite, including Sales & Service Cloud and Data Cloud

• Experience with CI/CD in a Salesforce environment

• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I (PDI) Certifications are a plus
