Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for working across a variety of technologies to develop enhancements as needed from visualization to back-end stored procedures. This includes integration of a wide range of applications via APIs (Application Programming Interface) or other integrating tools as needed
What You'll Do:
Core Functions
Develops technical solutions to business problems
Codes/configures solutions per agreements
Assists in testing and troubleshooting issues
Collaborates with product teams to align business needs with technology
Integrates best practices and performs root cause analysis
Transfers knowledge from vendors to internal teams
Agile Development
Breaks down epics and features into stories
Refines stories with Scrum/Kanban teams to ensure clear acceptance criteria
Reviews QA testing plans and regression tests
Ensures all stories meet acceptance criteria
Data & Technology
Stays updated on technology trends to enhance competitiveness
Identifies opportunities for leveraging technology and data to drive growth
Collaboration
Works with teams to develop step-by-step solutions
Fosters a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Mentors junior engineers and IT team members
What We're Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in core technologies and at least three core applications:
NET Core, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, Azure/Synapse
ERP (Oracle Fusion preferred), WHMS, Finance, Procurement
RPA (UI Path), BPA (MS PowerApps), PowerBI, Salesforce
Cloud warehousing (Azure/Synapse), EDI (Cleo, Oracle Fusion)
CRM (Salesforce), PLM (Centric), HRMS (UltiPro, Oracle), CLM (DocuSign), DTC (Google Analytics, Amazon, Shopify)
Proficiency with Jira for issue and project tracking
Experience with DevOps tools for CI/CD and version control
1-2 years of IBM RPG system programming experience
Background in AS400/iSeries environment
Knowledge of EDI implementation
PHP programming experience is a plus
