Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Processor to join our dynamic sales team. The Lead Processor will be responsible for managing and processing incoming leads, ensuring accurate data entry, tracking lead status, and coordinating with sales consultants to optimize lead conversion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process and manage incoming sales leads from various sources, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into CRM systems

  • Validate and qualify leads to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for the sales team

  • Monitor lead pipelines and track lead progress, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies

  • Analyze lead performance metrics, identify trends, and provide reports to management

  • Ensure compliance with data management and privacy standards

  • Assist in the development and refinement of lead processing workflows and documentation

  • Generate reports on lead activity, conversion rates, and pipeline status for management review


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in lead processing, sales support, or a similar administrative role

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with sales processes and terminology is a plus

  • Experience in a sales or B2B sales environment

  • Should have an IT background

  • Quickly adapt to new technical challenges as they arise
