Quick Rundown:

We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle student enrolments, manage the LMS, support e-learning operations, and assist with enquiries. Strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end student administration processes, including:
    • Student enrolment and database entry

    • Notifying students of enrolment and completion

    • Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and appeals

    • Addressing trainer enquiries

    • Coordinating assessment submissions

  • Maintain and manage the student management system (LMS), including:
    • Setting up and maintaining student enrolments

    • Updating assessment results and uploading student documentation

    • Issuing qualification certificates

  • Maintain the organization's e-learning platform, including:
    • System administration tasks

    • Managing student enrolments

    • Updating and maintaining qualifications

  • Support the design and development of e-learning courses, including:
    • Recommending improvements for current and new courses

    • Ongoing maintenance of existing courses

    • Perform additional duties as required by the CEO and Admin staff in Australia



What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information System/Technology, Computer Science, or any relevant degree

  • At least 1- 2 years of previous experience with an e-learning platform

  • Previous experience in email support is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach

  • Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for adult learning

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with students and internal teams

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
