Quick Rundown:
We are seeking an Account Manager (Client Onboarding) to manage small to medium client accounts, ensuring service delivery and satisfaction. You'll handle inquiries, schedule meetings, and support staff management, including onboarding, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring, along with assisting with recruitment.
What You'll Do:
Client Onboarding & Engagement:
Serve as the primary driver of the client onboarding process by scheduling and leading initial calls, establishing expectations, and introducing key processes and deliverables
Guide clients through the onboarding framework, covering staffing plans, training schedules, and technology requirements
Conduct weekly check-ins to provide updates on progress, address client concerns, and discuss staffing updates, operational needs, and training plans
Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and foster strong relationships by proactively engaging and responding to client needs throughout the onboarding period
Staff Acquisition & Placement:
Oversee the recruitment and placement of the clients first staff member, coordinating with the recruitment team to fulfill role requisitions and ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines
Participate in recruitment calibrations and assist clients in final interviews, offering recommendations on top candidates
Facilitate the smooth handover of recruited staff to the client, ensuring proper onboarding and initial training to set them up for success
Operational Transition:
Ensure a smooth handover of accounts to long-term account management after the onboarding period, ensuring all key deliverables have been met
Provide final onboarding reports that highlight milestones, achievements, and deliverables
Organize and lead endorsement meetings to ensure a seamless transition of client accounts to Service Delivery for ongoing management
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in onboarding, account management, or client services
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in CRM tools and project management platforms (e.g., Airtable, Google Suite, Zoho)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruitment and training departments
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
