Summary:

The People Management Associate (Evaluation and Other Administrative Tasks) is responsible for conducting performance evaluations and handling various clerical tasks to support the People Management team. This role ensures that employee performance is regularly assessed and administrative processes are efficiently managed in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor performance evaluation process, including timely distribution of self and manager evaluations and monitoring completion

  • Send Performance Improvement Plan Document

  • Answer employment verification via SMS, email, and phone call

  • Submit reports to CDC and DOLE online

  • Create and issue employee IDs

  • Attend departmental and/or project meetings

  • Complete assigned tasks and perform ad-hoc duties as required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
