Summary:
This role will report to the National Admin Support Manager and be responsible for supporting all functions of the National Admin Support team. They will partner with market teams to ensure we operate with excellence, efficiency, compliance, and high customer service. Successful people will exhibit a sincere customer service orientation to build working relationships with clients, associates, and market teams. They will exemplify and champion Company's mission, vision, and values of putting People First and providing quality service to all associates and clients.
Responsibilities:
Support functions of National Admin Support team
Check & process client contracts for compliance with internal process & policies
Check Salesforce opportunities for compliance with internal process & policies
Support execution of weekly payroll activities
Support administration of Accounts Receivable
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree holder
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
2-4 years of experience in a similar role or industry
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and capable of learning new software quickly
Access to reliable computer equipment and high-speed internet both at the office and at home
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new procedures quickly
Willingness to work beyond normal scheduled hours when necessary and respond to call-backs during emergency conditions
