Quick Rundown:
Responsible for generating invoices and account statements with accuracy, contacting delinquent clients to ensure timely payments, and coordinating field tenant maintenance by scheduling jobs with technicians and tenants.
What You'll Do:
Generate invoices and account statements, maintaining precision and attention to detail
Proactively contacted delinquent clients via email, SMS, or phone calls to facilitate prompt payment and resolve outstanding balances
Address and coordinate field tenant maintenance complaints, scheduling jobs with technicians and tenants for timely resolution
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in an office environment, demonstrating proficiency in administrative tasks
Prior experience in handling high-volume phone-based roles, dedicating 6-7 hours daily to phone interactions
Possess a charming, persuasive, and persistent demeanor to secure favorable offers for clients
Creative problem solver with resilience and the ability to handle rejection without discouragement
Willingness to seek assistance when needed, fostering a collaborative work environment
Tech-savvy individual who embraces technology, with a readiness to learn new software systems to enhance client service
Intelligent, resourceful, and driven, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks
Unquestionable integrity and ethical conduct in all professional interactions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
