Quick Rundown:

This role involves understanding client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet business objectives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and deliverables

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion

  • Monitor account performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track key metrics

  • Address client issues proactively, providing timely resolutions and escalating concerns when necessary

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities

  • Assist in contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and account activities


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Proven experience in operations, account management, sales, or customer relationship management

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
