Position Title: Digital Production Artist

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Digital Production Artist to support our Creative and Marketing teams. This role focuses on preparing, managing, and finalizing digital and print materials with precision and consistency.

What Youll Do:

• Prepare, update, and finalize digital and print marketing materials (e.g., brochures, web graphics, product sheets, packaging)

• Manage and maintain organized production files, templates, and version histories

• Coordinate with outside vendors for print production and asset delivery

• Translate creative concepts into clean, production-ready deliverables

• Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve pre-press issues, formatting errors, or design inconsistencies

• Support process improvement initiatives related to creative production and workflows

• Assist with asset organization in digital asset management (DAM) systems

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production design or digital asset management role

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

• Solid understanding of pre-press, file preparation, and quality control standards

• Excellent file management, organization, and version control habits

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

• Proactive, adaptable, and self-sufficient

• Experience coordinating with external vendors is an advantage

• Familiarity with Smartsheet, DAM platforms, or packaging design is a plus
