Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Summary:

The Software Product Specialist will support the delivery of software products to our distributor base, engaging in the full product lifecycle from ideation to support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining the product roadmap

• Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders (internal & external) throughout the roadmap delivery

• Stay updated on technological developments and competitor offerings

• Collaborate with users, developers, and stakeholders to create product specifications and user stories

• Use Agile methodologies to plan, track, and deliver software projects on time

• Define test cases and conduct testing to ensure product quality

• Coordinate release plans and support with user documentation

• Provide tier 2 support to internal and external users
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information/Computer Science, Business, or related field

• 3+ years in software product management and Agile project management

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, Figma, and Microsoft Office; experience in UI/UX design and software testing
