Position Title: Sales Admin

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT


Responsibilities:


  • Challenge expectations by generating innovative solutions and actively contributing to business improvements

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships

  • Participate in continuous learning activities and apply newly acquired skills and knowledge

  • Communicate with empathy, actively listening to understand client needs and team dynamics

  • Manage major accounts, supporting clients in achieving their objectives with creative merchandise solutions

  • Assist in strategic account planning and development of new business opportunities, including both current and new accounts

  • Attend strategic client meetings and ensure timely responses to client briefs, delivering work on time, within budget, and to specification

  • Handle end-to-end project management, from concept development to production and delivery, ensuring quality throughout

  • Source, develop, and organize promotional merchandise, artwork, and samples

  • Coordinate couriers, manage artwork, client filing, and essential administrative tasks

  • Actively contribute ideas to improve business processes or client services as part of the companys innovation process

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to maintain effectiveness during major changes in responsibilities or environment

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility under pressure

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with graphic design software like Illustrator and Photoshop is advantageous

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
