Position Title: Sales Admin
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Team
Date: September 2024
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
Responsibilities:
Challenge expectations by generating innovative solutions and actively contributing to business improvements
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships
Participate in continuous learning activities and apply newly acquired skills and knowledge
Communicate with empathy, actively listening to understand client needs and team dynamics
Manage major accounts, supporting clients in achieving their objectives with creative merchandise solutions
Assist in strategic account planning and development of new business opportunities, including both current and new accounts
Attend strategic client meetings and ensure timely responses to client briefs, delivering work on time, within budget, and to specification
Handle end-to-end project management, from concept development to production and delivery, ensuring quality throughout
Source, develop, and organize promotional merchandise, artwork, and samples
Coordinate couriers, manage artwork, client filing, and essential administrative tasks
Actively contribute ideas to improve business processes or client services as part of the companys innovation process
Qualifications:
Proven ability to maintain effectiveness during major changes in responsibilities or environment
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility under pressure
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with graphic design software like Illustrator and Photoshop is advantageous
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, and teamwork
