Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the order processing workflow, ensuring accurate data entry, setting up virtual proofs, and collaborating with clients to achieve approval for their orders. Your attention to detail and proactive communication will be key to maintaining efficient operations and adhering to company standards
Responsibilities:
Order Data Entry: Accurately enter client purchase orders (POs) into the ERP software and maintain order records
Proof Setup: Set up and send virtual proofs within the order module in Antera
Client Collaboration: Work with clients to obtain "approved" status for their orders and follow up on outstanding proofs
Workflow Management: Update workflows and Kanban lanes to reflect the current status of orders
Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate issues that cannot be resolved internally through the proper channels
Art Communication: Relay possible artwork issues to clients and collaborate with our team to resolve them effectively
Quality Assurance: Ensure all orders are entered accurately before moving to production
Organizational Efficiency: Maintain an organized and efficient workflow while following all established processes and procedures

Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction
Experience with ERP software and order management systems is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously
Proficiency in following established processes and procedures
