Position Title: Full Stack Developer

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT


Responsibilities:

  • Develop back-end website applications, including server-side logic, database integration, and API development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java

  • Connect front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance

  • Perform various clerical tasks as needed

  • Ensure that web designs are mobile-responsive

  • Maintain proper versioning, documentation, and security of software applications

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features

  • Maintain and enhance existing software applications by identifying areas for improvement and optimization

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or in production environments

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed

  • Step in as a UI designer and handle server-side logic and applications when required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience

  • At least 2 years of experience with the MERN stack in recent or previous roles

  • A strong portfolio of web development projects

  • Proficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

  • Proficiency in back-end development languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Java

  • Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.

  • Proficient in mobile web design

  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and GitHub

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and independently when necessary

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Cloudflare, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

  • Experience in 3D design

  • Proficient in responsive web designs
