Position Title: Product Data Specialist

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Product Data Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely entry and maintenance of product information in the Product Information Management (PIM) system. This role will apply continuous improvement tools and concepts to enhance the product data management process.

What Youll Do:

• Set up and activate new items in the PIM system

• Update pricing and ensure item information is current

• Proofread and validate product data to ensure accuracy

• Generate order quotations and process orders for approval

• Manage orders, from receipt through quotation and final approval

• Assist in resolving issues received via the shared team mailbox

• Handle item cancellations and product data maintenance

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

• Collaborate on special projects related to product data

• Track and update stock levels as necessary

• Ensure timely updates to product information

• Obtain quotes and product details for new items from suppliers

• Perform product maintenance based on requests from Corporate Program departments

• Communicate with suppliers to secure pricing, updated product data, and follow-up on product changes

• Respond to email and written communications regarding new products and data corrections, adhering to departmental guidelines

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

What Were Looking For:

• Knowledge equivalent to two years of college education

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong math skills

• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience

• Proficiency in Excel is preferred; experience with the full Microsoft Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Access) is essential

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
