Position Title: Digital Admin

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:
Optimize product content for user experience and SEO by updating descriptions, titles, images, and categories. Manage supplier updates, remove duplicates, maintain accurate filters, and ensure inventory data accuracy. Keep the team informed of changes and promotions.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure user/customer experience is the priority in all activity

  • Use SEO checklist to edit or update and optimize long and short product descriptions, titles, and meta titles

  • Update product image size, quality, product colour imagery, and thumbnails where necessary

  • Use the website back end to assign products (new and existing) into appropriate categories

  • Monitor supplier updates such as new visual assets or product descriptions and implement them across the website/s.

  • Move/remove any products that are in the wrong location or multiple categories

  • Remove duplicate products where appropriate

  • Use previous sales data to assign or redirect search terms and best sellers

  • Create and maintain current and new filters across all sites

  • Keep the wider team informed of updated product details and promotions

  • Maintain accurate inventory data through data entry


What Were Looking For:

  • An understanding of SEO basics (training given)

  • Experience in data entry

  • Computer literacy

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong organizational capability with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Commercial awareness

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English
