Position Title: Client Services Liaison

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The position involves working closely with our Client Services Managers to facilitate reviews with clients so they can discuss changes to their circumstances and assess for any potential opportunities through your prepared High Level Summary, capturing clients investment portfolios over the past year.



What Youll Do:

  • Build summaries of clients positions, history, and future financial capacity

  • Speak to Australian clients and staff as required to confirm client details

  • Thoroughly analyze, summarise, and update client files on an ongoing basis

  • Preparing High-Level Summaries (HLS)

  • Ensure all Client High-Level Summaries are completed in line with the review process

  • Preparing PowerPoint Presentations for Annual Reviews with Clients from a template

  • Preparing Review Letters with Clients from a template

  • Liaising with Client Service Managers to book in reviews via Microsoft Teams or onsite at our Offices in Australia

  • Ensure accurate and professional details are kept via Salesforce, file notes and shared drive

  • Performs other duties as assigned


What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role

  • Graduate of any Business-related course or similar administrative experience in the BPO industry (preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

  • Excellent written English communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail
