Position Title: Quality Assurance (Registered Nurse)

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (Registered Nurse) to ensure EMR documentation quality, provide training for staff, and oversee patient care plans. The role involves assessing patient needs, coordinating care, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with regulations.


What You'll Do:

  • Review and ensure accuracy of EMR documentation in compliance with regulations

  • Train and support Skilled LVNs and RNs on EMR systems

  • Develop and implement care plans, making necessary revisions

  • Monitor patient progress, document clinical notes, and report changes to physicians and staff

  • Coordinate patient care services and oversee therapy-related documentation

  • Ensure compliance with established standards, review processes for accuracy and efficiency, and handle intake procedures

  • Assess and supervise clinical staff to maintain quality, continuity, and patient safety

  • Conduct training programs for nursing and caregiving staff

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations

  • Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in performance assessments

  • Act as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and the care team

  • Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and care procedures

  • Maintain accurate medical records and oversee proper documentation

  • Practice infection control measures and adhere to hospital safety protocols

  • Promote a collaborative and respectful work environment

  • Attend staff meetings and complete required training
    

What Were Looking For:

  • Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Nursing

  • Registered Nurse is a must

  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with at least half of that time working in home health, hospital or related health care organization

  • Minimum 1-2 years of direct employee supervision

  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct staff

  • Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills

  • CPR Certification

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Analytic/Critical thinker

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with client, staff and community

  • Treat clients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and presents a positive public image

  • Case management skills are a plus

  • Policy development is a plus
