Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment QA Specialist/Recruitment Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for auditing recruitment-related activities throughout the end-to-end process, creating and maintaining comprehensive recruitment reports, and analyzing trends to enhance our recruitment strategies


What You’ll Do:

  • Audit Recruitment Activities: Conduct thorough audits of recruitment processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Report Creation and Maintenance: Develop and maintain detailed recruitment reports that track key metrics and performance indicators.

  • Trend Analysis: Analyze data from recruitment reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improvement.

  • Process Improvement: Propose new processes and enhancements to streamline the end-to-end recruitment experience.

  • Strategy Session Participation: Attend recruitment strategy sessions to contribute insights and collaborate on hiring initiatives.

  • Post-Interview Analysis: Create analyses following final interviews to inform future recruitment strategies.

  • Job Market Analysis: Conduct job analyses to understand market demands and relate findings to various job markets.

  • Incentive Auditing: Audit recruitment incentives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and effectiveness.

  • Education and Expectation Management: Educate advisors and partner clients on role types, setting proper expectations regarding their relevance in the Philippine job market and other markets.

  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other related tasks as needed to support the recruitment team.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or relevant experience in HR or Recruitment

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Recruitment niche & volume hiring

  • Familiarity with ATS such as Manatal, etc.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Can write effective emails

  • Can run Excel/spreadsheet reports
