Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing support tickets regarding resolving billing issues, login resets and platform access, processing refunds, and other support issues as they occur

  • Customer Support Documentation: Create Macros for fast replies along with a database of FAQs that a customer may refer to that will allow them to resolve their issue on their own

  • Client Calls: Conduct zoom calls with clients to offer personalized assistance and guidance when necessary

  • Community Management: Manage the community by answering questions, adding/removing customers, and directing people to relevant courses and lessons

  • Automation Assistance: Assist customers in setting up and optimizing their automations within the Go High Level platform

  • Agency Configurations: Configure Agency Level settings, including Navigation Menus, and other business settings

  • Video Tutorials: Create quick loom videos to provide visual support and explanations to customers

  • Platform Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the High Level Support team to resolve platform issues and ensure smooth operation

  • Consultative Solutions: Offer consultative support by not only troubleshooting issues but also providing tailored solutions based on individual customer needs

  • Internal Campaign Management: Set up and manage marketing funnels, automation, and campaigns within GoHighLevel for the company's internal use to optimize performance and demonstrate platform capabilities

  • Conversational AI Support: Utilize knowledge of Conversational AI to help customers configure and run their bots effectively (prior experience with Conversational AI is a significant advantage)

  • Ad Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and assist customers with running ads on Facebook using Plai Ads (familiarity with Plai is beneficial but not required)

  • Process Documentation: Document your role and processes thoroughly as they expand and evolve to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing


Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of GoHighLevel (at least 1 year experience in GHL OR Certified GHL Admin)

  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written

  • A desire to learn, grow and experiment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
