Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and analytical SEO Specialist specializing in on-page optimization to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will spearhead on-page SEO strategies, optimize content for search engines, and improve user experience on our website.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall website performance

  • Optimize website contentincluding meta tags, headers, internal linking, keyword placement, and multimedia elements in line with SEO best practices

  • Conduct detailed on-page audits to enhance page speed, schema markup, URL structure, and technical performance

  • Perform in-depth keyword research to identify content opportunities and strategy gaps

  • Collaborate with content teams to naturally and effectively integrate keywords

  • Analyze competitor websites to identify areas for improvement and track emerging SEO trends, implementing strategies to maintain a competitive edge

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms to track metrics, analyze trends, and generate actionable reports

  • Partner with content creators, web developers, and UX/UI teams to ensure website updates and new pages align with SEO best practices and business goals

  • Stay informed of the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, refining strategies as needed



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 4 to 6 years of hands-on SEO experience with a focus on on-page optimization

  • Experience in an agency or in-house marketing team preferred

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, and Google Analytics

  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels

  • High level of accuracy and thoroughness, particularly in optimizing content and monitoring SEO performance metrics

  • Experience with technical SEO, including structured data, schema markup, and page speed optimization

  • Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving keyword rankings

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or other relevant platforms
