Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Intake Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoices, and collaborating with various departments to address and resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for numbers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.


What You’ll Do:

  • Issue and distribute invoices promptly

  • Process new contracts and sales transactions

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure billing accuracy

  • Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries

  • Monitor accounts receivable and track transactions

  • Assist with customer account reconciliations

  • Prepare and present analytical reports

  • Support monthly and quarterly audits and cleanups

  • Resolve any billing issues or discrepancies


What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate degree or equivalent (minimum of 2 years of college education)

  • Knowledge of electronic billing procedures

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service is a plus

  • Solid mathematical skills

  • Highly organized and tech-savvy with the ability to navigate complex billing software

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

  • Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing experience is a plus

  • Medical billing experience is beneficial but not required
