Summary:

As the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth, development, and operational success of this emerging business unit within our organization. Serving as the sole team member initially, you will be supported by our Group Business Development Manager for marketing efforts and collaborate closely with our production partner, Decohub, to ensure seamless intercompany processes through production (artwork, embroidery, printing). 


Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and develop strong client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.

  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and key metrics to ensure profitability and alignment with business objectives.

  • Manage client communications and ensure excellent service levels, from initial engagement through to post-sales support.

  • Facilitate efficient collaboration with Decohub to streamline production and fulfillment processes.

  • As the business grows, recruit, onboard, and develop new team members, fostering a culture of proactive growth and continuous improvement.

  • Represent Trade Workwear at industry events and networking opportunities to build partnerships and increase market presence.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales acumen and client relationship-building skills

  • Ability to interpret financial reports and make data-driven decisions

  • Comfortable using CRMs and other business management software

  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a remote or face-to-face setting

  • Familiarity with workwear, uniform, or apparel industries is beneficial

  • Strong decision-making skills and proactive attitude in identifying and acting on opportunities
