Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant (Entry Level) to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in accounting and bookkeeping. The successful candidate will assist in financial transactions, recordkeeping, and reporting while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• General Accounting & Bookkeeping:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger entries

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

  • Record and reconcile bank statements

• Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities

  • Help with financial data entry and reporting accuracy

• Tax and Compliance Support:

  • Help with payroll processing and employee benefit calculations

• Administrative & Support Tasks:

  • Organize and maintain financial documents and records

  • Work closely with senior accountants to complete assigned tasks

  • Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Skills:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.

  • Good communication and time management skills.

• Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

  • Prior internships or experience in accounting-related tasks is a plus.
