Quick Rundown:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Processor to manage order entry, support customers, and ensure a smooth post-order experience. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.



What You’ll Do:

  • Accurately update customer information, order history, and special requests in the CRM system

  • Assist customers with product details to support informed purchasing decisions

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and empathetically, escalating when necessary

  • Ensure post-order satisfaction, collect feedback, and address any remaining concerns

  • Follow company procedures on order processing, customer service, data privacy, and compliance

  • Achieve targets for accuracy, response time, processing speed, and customer satisfaction

  • Recommend enhancements to processes, workflows, and systems for greater efficiency

  • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge, customer service, and software proficiency



What We’re Looking For:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organization and time management

  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and ERP systems

  • Fast, accurate typing and data entry

  • Team player with adaptability and a calm, empathetic approach

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in customer service or data entry preferred

  • College diploma or equivalent required
