Position Title: Merchandise and Design Specialist

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

This role focuses on merchandising, order management, graphic design, and client communication. Responsibilities include sourcing products, overseeing orders and production, managing supplier and client coordination, and ensuring branding accuracy.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the team in merchandise, promotional products, and apparel

• Use industry knowledge to find the best products and suppliers for client needs

• Manage merchandise orders, working with design, operations, and production teams to meet deadlines

• Communicate clearly with suppliers and clients about orders, proofs, and timelines

• Support the sales team by recommending solutions and preparing accurate quotes

• Ensure designs are production-ready, checking file formats, branding, colors, and print specifications

• Work closely with key suppliers, including:

  • Promotional Products & Merchandise: Trends, Logoline, Promo Collection, ORSO

  • Apparel: AS Colour, The Source (Gear For Life), Legend Life, Shiny

  • Headwear: Grace Collection, Headwear Professionals

  • Sublimated Shirts: Offshore and local suppliers

  • Stationery & Promotional: IBS

• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new supplier partnerships as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent English with strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven experience in merchandising, design, and decoration

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Hoops (quoting system), and Xero (or similar invoicing software)

• Ability to create detailed, accurate quotes and manage end-to-end order processes with suppliers

• Exceptional project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Understanding of intellectual property and copyright compliance

• Ability to work independently and within a team
