Director of Operations

Position Title: Director of Operations

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Date: September 2024

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring seamless functioning across all departments

• Work in tandem with the CEO to execute the companys strategic growth initiatives

• Lead both clinical and administrative teams, ensuring alignment with company goals

• Manage the opening of new locations from conception to completion

• Ensure the company meets or exceeds its growth KPIs

• Implement new services to enhance company offerings and drive revenue

• Take ownership of all operational tasks, providing leadership and quick, decisive action
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Director of Operations, or a similar role, at a US-based company

• Previous experience in a C-level position is required

• Previous experience in a Healthcare industry is required

• Demonstrated ability to build companies from the ground up

• Must have excellent communication skills

• Proven leadership ability, capable of managing all aspects of business operations independently

• Strong work ethic, with a "turbo-charged" approach to handling challenges and opportunities
