Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with extensive software development experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will develop technical solutions to business problems, collaborate with product teams, and integrate best practices. A deep understanding of Salesforce, agile methodologies, and current technology trends is essential.
Responsibilities:
Develop and configure technical solutions in Salesforce
Collaborate with product teams to align technological opportunities with business needs
Contribute to and execute test plans; actively participate in testing
Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis
Facilitate knowledge transfer from vendors to support tools
Break down epics and features into refined user stories
Ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria and deliver value
Review and ensure quality assurance testing plans are effective
Stay updated with technology trends and identify value-adding opportunities
Propose innovative uses of technology and data to drive growth
Actively engage in problem-solving discussions and solution development
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proven software development and Salesforce experience
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
Quick adaptability to new technologies
Understanding of current technology trends in business contexts
Innovative mindset with a focus on business challenges
Ability to articulate and drive team consensus
