Summary:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes across all levels and various skill sets. This role does not include responsibilities for QA specialists and the sourcing team, which are managed separately.


Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, initial interviews, assessments, and final selection.

    • Ensure a seamless recruitment process by maintaining speed, efficiency, and professionalism while minimizing time to hire

  • Candidate Engagement and Interviewing:
    • Conduct virtual and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.

    • Develop and maintain an adequate pipeline of candidates across various sourcing channels.

    • Effectively utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows.

  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • communicate with recruitment managers, account managers regularly, and clients to provide updates on recruitment status, adjust strategies, and ensure alignment with hiring needs.

    • Provide detailed feedback and status updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Compliance and Data Management:
    • Ensure recruitment systems are used appropriately, focusing on data integrity and compliance with data protection legislation.

    • Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), account dependencies, and operational metrics, escalating issues as necessary.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Coach and guide recruitment assistants to ensure consistent and high-quality support in the recruitment process search and implement updated sourcing techniques to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in a BPO setting

  • Preferred experience in volume hiring, corporate, and technical hiring

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Effective relationship management and advanced negotiation skills

  • Experience in fast-paced environments

  • Proficiency in recruiting and sourcing strategies, including social media

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and reporting/data analysis

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Ability to perform well under pressure and demonstrate initiative

  • High level of intelligence and attention to detail

  • Strong presentation skills and willingness to work a flexible schedule
