Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Recruiter to join our team in the dynamic field of US Healthcare. As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in talent acquisition, supporting the recruitment process for healthcare professionals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates within the US healthcare industry

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

Candidate Screening:

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for healthcare roles

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, offer letters, and other recruitment-related documentation

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of candidate information into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Enter new employees into ABS and update records for expired credentials

Communication and Engagement:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback

  • Foster positive relationships with candidates to enhance their experience throughout the recruitment process

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments to streamline the recruitment process

  • Attend team meetings and contribute insights to improve recruitment strategies



Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Previous experience or internship in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry

  • Familiarity with healthcare roles, qualifications, and industry trends

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment

  • Passion for contributing to the growth and success of a healthcare team
