Position Title: Team Leader / Coach
Work Set Up: Onsite
Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
As a Team Leader / Coach, you will support client accounts by ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. You will coordinate tasks, facilitate communication between clients, staff, and departments, and address operational inquiries. This role involves managing performance, handling requests, and identifying areas for improvement while offering training to enhance account performance.
What You’ll Do:
Work with Finance on client billing inquiries, invoices, and fund requests
Coordinate with Office Management for equipment requirements and timely processing of requests
Collaborate with People Management for all HR matters
Serve major disciplinary documentation to the staff
Collaborate with Brand Management for company-wide events and announcements
Execute Staff Evaluation processes, collaborating with Training and Development team as needed
Partner with IT for client data security and technology needs
Engage with Internal Audit for quality audits, process reviews, and improvements
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of objectives in accordance with the client's needs
Track the progression of Experience in Performance Improvement on a weekly basis
Manage flight risk to proactively address potential attrition
Work with partner staff independently to support them and liaise with the client on task and performance-related issues
Work with Real-Time Analysts to monitor staff productivity and attendance
Manage staff timekeeping through HRIS for assigned rosters
Attend departmental and/or project meetings as required
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Good organizational and prioritization skills
Willing to adopt a fast-paced working environment
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
Very good computer skills; computer literate
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work products.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Good time management skills
High level of intelligence
45 words per minute typing minimum
