Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage security, data, customization, reporting, and automation in Salesforce. The role involves user access control, data management, workflow automation, and troubleshooting.
What You’ll Do:
Security and access management: Setting up and maintaining security settings, sharing rules, and permission sets to ensure data integrity and user access control
Data management: Importing, exporting, and updating data in Salesforce using data loader or other tools
Customization and configuration: Customizing Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements
Reports and dashboards: Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance
Automation: Creating and managing automation processes such as flows to streamline business processes
Data analysis and troubleshooting: Analyzing data, identifying trends, and troubleshooting issues to ensure data accuracy and system performance
Training and support: Providing training and support to Salesforce users, including answering questions and resolving issues
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently
