C++ Developer

Position Title: C++ Developer

Work Set Up: Work Onsite

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

What You'll Do:

• Design, implement, and optimize software components in C++ for performance, reliability, and maintainability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with best practices and coding standards

• Conduct thorough code reviews, unit testing, and debugging

• Analyze existing software for enhancements, refactoring, or performance tuning

• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions

• Maintain and support legacy systems while actively contributing to modernization efforts

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices related to C++ development



What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience as a C++ Developer

• Strong knowledge of modern C++

• Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, multithreading, and object-oriented design

• Experience with version control systems such as Git

• Familiarity with development tools such as CMake, g++, Visual Studio, or Clang

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
