Position Title: Paralegal (Real Estate)

Work Set Up: Hybrid

Schedule: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Paralegal will support the Private Client Team in handling legal matters related to wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney (LPA).

What You'll Do:

• Assisting solicitors in drafting wills, LPAs, and estate planning documents

• Preparing and reviewing legal documents related to probate and trusts

• Managing case files, ensuring all records are up to date

• Conducting legal research and summarising findings for solicitors

• Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to provide updates and obtain necessary documentation

• Supporting the team in client onboarding and compliance checks

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal in a private client legal practice

• Familiarity with UK wills, probate, and estate planning regulations

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple case files and deadlines efficiently

• Excellent communication skills for client interaction

• Philippine Bar Examination and admission as Attorney desirable but not essential
