Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Care Specialist (CCS) to provide excellent support through phone, email, text, and instant messaging. The CCS will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction with a customer-first approach.
What You'll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text, maintaining professionalism.
Resolve customer issues, provide accurate product information, and recommend suitable solutions.
Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and troubleshoot customer concerns.
Log, escalate, and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain service quality.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelors degree in any field.
1-2 years of experience in BPO or customer service (preferred).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with help desk or CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is an advantage.
Adaptable, customer-focused, and proactive.
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
